Update on the Cypress Park real estate market. Cypress Park is a relatively affordable pocket of northeast LA, between Frogtown and Mt. Washington, that has thus far managed to avoid a mass influx of developers. Inventory is low, but stocked with character-filled homes mostly in the $650k-$850k range.
