One of the last steps for a buyer before closing on a property is the Verification of Property Condition aka VP aka the final walkthrough. The purpose of the final walkthrough is to confirm that a property is in the same condition as when the buyer toured the property, as well as to verify that any work or repairs that were contractually agreed upon has been completed.
